Warranty

  1. Your OZONO OZAg+ Aqueous Ozone Laundry System is warranted to be free of any defects in material and workmanship at the point of shipment.

 

  1. This warranty covers normal household usage for a period of ONE (1) year from the date of purchase.

 

  1. Please keep the original receipt as proof of purchase.

 

  1. If the device is found to be defective during the warranty period due to a manufacturer’s defect, necessary repair(s) will be provided free of charge. However, if the damage is due to the user’s negligence, misuse or because of a natural disaster, we reserve the right to impose a repair / replacement fee, even during the warranty period.

 

  1. The warranty is deemed void in the following situations, and repair / replacement cost(s) shall be borne by the customer:
(i) Water inlet / outlet from device is damaged due to incorrect use of the Connecting Hose.
(ii) The device is dropped resulting in damage(s).
(iii) Outer damage(s) due to exposure to harsh / corrosive chemicals.
(iv) The device is damaged due to the usage of a wrong voltage.
(v) Dismantling of the device by anyone else other than OZONO authorised personnel.
(vi) Damage(s) due to incorrect use of the device, as stated in this manual.
(vii) Damage(s) to the device due to a natural disaster.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ozono.asia and send your item to 3 Senang Crescent S416577, Singapore.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to 3 Senang Crescent S416577, Singapore.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
